When will I be charged for my order?

An authorization hold is placed on your method of payment at the time the order is placed. We capture the funds at the time of fulfilment, which usually happens within 24-48 business hours.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

PayPal, Apple pay, Google Pay, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Will I be charged for tax?

Destination-based tax are required for all online sales. IRS requires us to collect sales tax for all online orders no matter where we ship to.

 

How do you ship orders?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. This is where we prepare, pack, and conduct our standard quality checks before dispatching your order. There are no orders being shipped out during weekends.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders within U.S. takes an average of 5-8 business days. All pre-orders and customized orders take an average of 35-45 business days. This is just an estimated shipping time and does not take into consideration of natural disasters, pandemics, accidents and other unforeseeable events. Please do understand that shipping time is heavily reliant on couriers and we are unable to control it as well.

 

Important Note:

On acceptance of orders, 2WheelRyde will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. 2WheelRyde will not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or unforeseen events. To ensure the security of purchases, 2WheelRyde may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit times may vary depending on proximity to distribution center and inventory availability. 2WheelRyde only ships to US delivery addresses in the 50 states and cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We can provide expedited shipping options for our items, at an additional cost. We work with UPS/Fedex to offer all types of shipping services. You can feel free to select expedited shipping when checking out. (Expedited shipping may not be offered to all countries). Note: We also have 3rd party carriers if you are in the local bayarea. Areas inclubed (San Mateo County, San Francisco County, Marin County and Alameda County)

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we will send the tracking number to the email address you provided. If you have not received it, send your Order ID (xxxxx) to support@2WheelRyde.com and we will resend the tracking number to you.
