We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees along with a 30% restocking fee. We cover the outgoing shipping of your original order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@2WheelRyde.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it . 2WheelRyde is not responsible for damages due to shipping.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Manufacturer offers 1 year limited warranty which covers manufacturing defects and includes the battery and other electronic components. 2WheelRyde warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship under normal use by the
original owner for 6 months from the date of purchase as shown on the original sales receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and will be void with improper use or modification of the product. 2WheelRyde is not responsible for product malfunctions or damage that are the result of accidents or misuse by the customer.
